NASA’s Hubble Telescope has been around for quite some time now and captured many stunning images of space during its ongoing adventures. To start, we’ve got this “edge-on mosaic of the Sombrero galaxy.” Click here for more Hubble space pictures.
With its relatively high brightness magnitude and at a distance of 28 million light-years from Earth, Messier 104, as Sombrero is more formally known, is easily viewed through a small telescope.
