I think legal drama are like shows about hospitals: there is always something new (or what the writers think is new). Putting my cynicism to one side for just a moment, this is a rather good show, but I’m only judging from watching one episode and it intrigued me. This has been one of those rare occasions when 720p cap has been pre’d before XviD release but FQM hasn’t kept us waiting for too long

Meanwhile, Michele has an opportunity to try her first murder trial; Richard defends an assault case; and Charlie is put in an awkward situation when he runs into a former fling in court.
