Built by Boston Dynamics, the BigDog is a four-legged robotic mule that can carry over 340-pounds (original version 88-pounds). As you’ll see in the video, it’s very sturdy and can withstand a kick to the body without falling over. Continue reading to watch.
The new version of the robot can now carry 340 pounds, which is almost triple the previous weight. It looks to me that that $10 million funding they got from Darpa has been put to good use
