Heres another boxing match, not quite as much of a high profile fight as last weeks between Joe Calzaghe and Roy Jones jnr. but this should be a pretty good fight, between 2 heavyweights even though i did read what happens in this one
Monte Barrett is definately the gate keeper of the heavyweight division and i think he could give David Haye alot of trouble. The thing with Monte Barrett is, it depends which Monte Barrett turns up on fight night. He could turn up and just get knocked out straight away, or he could either give David Haye the hardest 12 rounds of his career or even knock David Haye out in the first round. That’s how unpredictable he is. One thing is for sure, he is no push over.
David Haye vs Monte Barrett should be an exciting fight. David Haye has a suspect chin at lower weight classes, so at heavyweight he could be in serious trouble. David Haye says he will be too fast for the heavyweights, but i think at some point in a 12 round fight you will get caught with a shot somewhere in the night, the question is what will happen when he does get caught with a flush punch.

This is my first ever staff pick, so I wanted to make sure it was a good one (iGNITE releasing it last night helped too). You think Tom Cruise and you think Top Gun, Mission Impossible and so on and so forth, you don’t think The Firm. The Firm is a relatively old movie, 15 years old to be exact, but just like fine wine…you know the rest. I’ve read the book, I watched the film and it’s a great adaptation of John Grisham’s masterpiece. Even by today’s standards, the movie has several big stars and the cast really comes together throughout the feature. At over 2 & 1/2 hours long, Sydney Pollack’s creation demands patience, but you will be rewarded. The soundtrack fits in just right as well, lots of piano pieces and traditional south music. All in all, the IMDB rating doesn’t do the movie justice…

Revenue for the video-game industry in October, the first month of the critical fourth quarter that includes the holiday shopping season, grew by 18%, despite a significant decline in sales of portable players, a market research firm said. This may not be a new release from SEPTiC (several days ago), but I would like to post it here. “Southland Tales” is a 2006 science fiction, drama, black comedy film. The title refers to the Southland, a name used by locals to refer to Southern California and Greater Los Angeles. Set in the then near future of an alternate history, the film is a portrait of Los Angeles and a comment on the military-industrial news-tainment complex.
